Dynatrace SME Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a Dynatrace SME Consultant to provide technical leadership and oversee enterprise observability and application performance monitoring in a remote capacity, focusing on architecture, deployment, optimization, and governance of the Dynatrace platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Set team priorities, manage workload distribution, and ensure delivery against SLAs and KPIs
- Serve as the primary Dynatrace SME, owning platform architecture, deployment, and optimization
- Develop and execute an enterprise observability roadmap aligned with digital transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a High School Diploma with 12 years of relevant experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace in large enterprise environments
- 8+ years of overall experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Observability, or SRE
- Proven experience leading or supervising technical teams
- Strong expertise in Dynatrace OneAgent deployment, alerting, dashboards, and custom metrics/events
