E-Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Billing Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoice submissions via e-billing platforms and resolve related issues
• Oversee the transition of clients to e-billing and provide follow-up support
• Act as a liaison between billing staff and clients, ensuring compliance with guidelines during the submission process

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 1+ years of e-billing experience in a corporate law department or law firm
• Knowledge of legal billing and Middleware systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Applications
• Experience with BillBlast and LEDES billing formats is advantageous
