Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the E-Billing Analyst will manage invoice submissions via various e-billing platforms, resolve e-billing issues for clients, and provide exceptional service to attorneys and management in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Submit electronic invoices and accruals monthly while overseeing client transitions to e-billing
  • Act as a liaison between billing staff and clients, ensuring compliance with guidelines during the submission process
  • Maintain and update client data in the billing system and perform analyses of complex client accounts
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree or advanced degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of e-billing experience in a corporate law department or law firm
  • Familiarity with legal billing and Middleware systems, such as Legal Exchange or Serengeti/Legal Tracker
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of various LEDES billing formats is a plus
