Job Summary
Responsible for managing invoice submissions and resolving e-billing issues for law firm's clients, the full-time remote E-Billing Analyst will oversee electronic billing processes, liaise with attorneys and clients, and ensure compliance with client guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Submit electronic invoices and accruals monthly, overseeing client transitions to e-billing and providing follow-up support
- Act as a liaison between billing attorneys and clients, ensuring adherence to submission protocols and addressing any issues that arise
- Maintain and update client data in billing systems and perform analyses on complex client accounts regarding collections and invoicing
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or advanced degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of e-billing experience within a corporate law department or law firm
- Familiarity with legal billing and Middleware systems, such as Legal Exchange or Serengeti/Legal Tracker
- Proven experience with BillBlast and knowledge of LEDES billing formats is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
