Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the E-Billing Analyst will manage invoice submissions via various e-billing platforms, resolve e-billing issues for clients, and provide exceptional customer service to attorneys and management.
Key responsibilities
- Submit electronic invoices and accruals monthly, overseeing client transitions to e-billing and providing follow-up support
- Handle complex e-submission assignments for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and internal protocols
- Act as a liaison between billing attorneys and clients, facilitating invoice resubmissions and ensuring corrective actions are implemented
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or advanced degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of e-billing experience within a corporate law department or law firm
- Familiarity with legal billing and Middleware systems, such as Legal Exchange or Ty Metrix 360, is a plus
- Proficient in BillBlast and various LEDES billing formats
- Strong proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
