E-commerce Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing projects for partners from end-to-end, the full-time contractual E-commerce Account Manager will develop strategic relationships with clients, ensuring their initiatives are successfully executed while working remotely from South America.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project management from vendor onboarding to post-sale analytics, delivering high-quality service and meeting deadlines
• Understand clients' unique business goals and challenges, providing tailored recommendations to support their growth
• Manage all client communications and track feedback to continuously improve processes and systems

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of eCommerce project management experience
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for building flash site websites
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to advise on project issues
• Experience in managing multiple projects while meeting financial and stakeholder objectives
• Conceptual understanding of eCommerce technologies, including product data and data management
