E-commerce Account Manager

Job Summary

To support the Flash Team in developing strategic client relationships, the full-time E-commerce Account Manager will manage projects from vendor onboarding to post-sale analytics while working remotely within designated states in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end projects for partners, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service
• Understanding clients' unique business goals and providing strategic recommendations to drive growth
• Communicating with clients and tracking feedback to improve processes and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of eCommerce project management experience
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for building flash site websites
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and financial tracking
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting stakeholder objectives and deadlines
• Willingness to work EST hours and adapt to changing environments
