Key Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction of acquisition campaigns, including audience segmentation and offer development
• Develop and optimize promotional offers and analyze performance for data-driven improvements
• Analyze customer behavior to identify audience segments and provide insights for campaign targeting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, focusing on campaign strategy and offer development
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and audience targeting
• Competency in data analysis using visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Looker Studio
• Proficiency in Google Suite tools, including Slides and Sheets
