Job Summary
Focused on increasing online transaction volume, the full-time remote E-commerce Activation Specialist will manage existing accounts to enhance usage of available resources and drive growth through data-driven strategies and hands-on account management.
Key responsibilities
- Test and implement manual adjustments to improve account performance before involving product development
- Analyze account data to identify actionable gaps and enhance transaction activity
- Engage with clients and internal teams to influence and execute strategies for account growth
Required qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce onboarding or account management within a B2B-SMB digital platform
- Proven track record of driving transaction growth rather than focusing on account/user numbers
- Strong data analysis skills, particularly with tools like Snowflake and dashboards
- Understanding of the operational realities in agriculture, flowers, perishables, or wholesale distribution is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English to collaborate with diverse teams and clients
