E-Commerce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, E-Commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements while designing tailored solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Analyze and optimize business workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to recommend process improvements
• Manage integrations and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of systems like Salesforce and Shopify

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or technology
• A BA degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, particularly with Shopify and related tools
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM software preferred
• Background in quantitative analysis or retail operations is a plus
