E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Summary

To support veterinary and livestock production solutions, the full-time E-Commerce Coordinator will manage order monitoring, account profile configuration, and product maintenance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot order errors, rekeying as necessary and communicating with clinics and sales staff
• Process requests for Web Access Profiles and maintain account profiles, ensuring effective communication with clinics and sales teams
• Research and update product information, maintaining compliance and accuracy for online display while collaborating with purchasing and marketing

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field required
• Certification in HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR), CCPC Global Certified Client Service Specialist (CCSS), or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Business or technical degree strongly preferred
