Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Phone Agent (E-Commerce) to provide outstanding service and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with inquiries regarding products and orders
- Resolve customer complaints and process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Promote and upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or sales is a plus
- Minimum of one year of experience in an e-commerce environment
- At least one year of experience in a phone support role
- Minimum of three months of sales experience
