Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Phone Agent (E-Commerce) to provide outstanding service and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls and assist with inquiries regarding products and orders
  • Resolve customer complaints and process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Promote and upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or sales is a plus
  • Minimum of one year of experience in an e-commerce environment
  • At least one year of experience in a phone support role
  • Minimum of three months of sales experience
