Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent for an eCommerce account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer support tickets via Zendesk, primarily email-based
  • Handle post-sale inquiries including order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and shipping issues
  • Respond to customer inquiries within a 48-hour resolution window
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in e-commerce customer support, preferably in fashion
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
  • Ability to learn brand tone, policies, and product catalogs quickly
  • Experience supporting returns, exchanges, and logistics-related issues
  • Comfortable handling high ticket volumes
