Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent for an eCommerce account.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer support tickets via Zendesk, primarily email-based
- Handle post-sale inquiries including order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and shipping issues
- Respond to customer inquiries within a 48-hour resolution window
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in e-commerce customer support, preferably in fashion
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
- Ability to learn brand tone, policies, and product catalogs quickly
- Experience supporting returns, exchanges, and logistics-related issues
- Comfortable handling high ticket volumes
