E-Commerce Director

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the E-Commerce P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and accountability for revenue and operating expenses
• Define and execute the long-term digital strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Lead site UX development and oversee Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive E-Commerce leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Director or Senior Manager role
• Proven track record of owning P&L performance and scaling a multi-million dollar e-commerce business
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
• Mastery of digital shopping behavior and advanced funnel optimization
• Deep technical familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital optimization tools
