E-Commerce Director - Canada

Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Commerce Director for Pet Nutrition in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the One Demand E-Commerce team and manage full P&L performance for Amazon and Chewy
• Define growth strategies and develop customer-specific business plans aligned with brand strategies
• Oversee retail media strategy and ensure excellence in the Perfect Digital Store experience across platforms

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related roles in the CPG Industry
• Proven track record managing Amazon, Chewy, or other Pureplay businesses
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in managing customer P&L performance
• Experience leading high-performing teams in a matrixed environment
