Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Commerce Customer Engagement Lead (North America).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee regional e-commerce initiatives to drive revenue growth on the SynXis Retailing platform
  • Develop a data-driven SKU management strategy and collaborate with clients on SKU variations
  • Analyze SKU performance and conduct audits, delivering reports to stakeholders
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or revenue management, preferably in the hotel or travel sectors
  • Good command of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms
  • Proven project management expertise with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with hotel retail analytics or brand management is a plus
