Driven by a passion for fishing, the full-time remote E-Commerce Growth Specialist will take ownership of FishStrong.com, focusing on revenue growth, customer experience, and strategic development within a vibrant fishing community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance, including merchandising, navigation, and customer experience on Shopify
• Optimize conversion rates through data analysis, testing, and improving the customer journey
• Develop and implement CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies using HubSpot to enhance customer retention and drive sales

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience growing revenue on Shopify
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce strategy, conversion rate optimization, and customer psychology
• Proficiency in HubSpot for lifecycle marketing
• Analytical mindset combined with creativity for testing and measuring results
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive outcomes independently
