Job Summary

Owning the growth strategy for FishStrong.com, the full-time remote E-Commerce Growth Specialist will manage the Shopify storefront, optimize conversion rates, and enhance customer experience while driving revenue growth in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall store performance, including merchandising and customer experience
• Implement conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance sales and customer engagement
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with content and marketing teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in growing revenue on Shopify
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce strategy, conversion rate optimization, and customer psychology
• Proficiency in using HubSpot for lifecycle marketing
• Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results independently
