E-Commerce Integration Manager
Job Summary
To support e-commerce initiatives, the full-time remote E-Commerce Integration Manager will design, implement, and maintain integrations for e-commerce platforms while managing relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct and document discovery of client and stakeholder objectives related to technology and growth strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless integration experiences for clients and partners
- Manage multiple client integrations concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding stakeholder expectations
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience or working knowledge in designing and implementing integrations
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and related technologies
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, XML, and integration technologies
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
