Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Commerce & Retention Marketing Manager to lead the performance, growth, and optimization of their e-commerce site and customer lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily performance and optimization of the e-commerce site, including merchandising and promotional strategies
  • Lead retention strategies through email marketing, SMS, and automated customer engagement flows
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess site and retention effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles, preferably with online retailers or DTC brands
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and Klaviyo, along with basic front-end UX best practices
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify reports
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working collaboratively with creative, editorial, merchandising, and operations teams
