E-Commerce Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the remote LATAM E-Commerce Operations Analyst will assist in customer onboarding, integrations, and operational processes while gaining hands-on experience and training for future growth into Solution Architect roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Solution Architects during customer onboarding projects by preparing documentation, test cases, and system configurations
• Support customers by answering basic operational or technical questions under supervision
• Document workflows, settings, and troubleshooting steps in tools like Asana, Zendesk, and HubSpot

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, or system integrations (training provided)
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
• Curiosity about e-commerce platforms and operational processes
• Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to learn technical concepts
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
