E-commerce Operations Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an eCommerce Operations Virtual Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customer inquiries and manage the order process efficiently
• Monitor account health and provide basic performance reports
• Track inventory levels and coordinate basic supply chain management

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role
• Ability to work a US-based schedule from 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, and Loom
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
• Organized and effective in a remote work environment
