E-Commerce Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, E-Commerce Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
• Support D2C department with client store and product requests, including data entry review
• Collaborate with warehouse partners to enhance communication and streamline processes

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce or related fields
• Experience with workflow software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Monday.com)
• Knowledge of Shopify is a plus
• Self-starter with a focus on operational improvement and process documentation
