E-Commerce Operations Manager

Job Summary

Experienced in e-commerce operations, the full-time remote E-Commerce Operations Manager will build, fix, and scale operational processes, manage supply chains, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize logistics to drive growth across the company's website and Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supply chain from factory to customer, ensuring optimal inventory levels
• Negotiate with international suppliers and manage freight logistics to improve margins and efficiency
• Develop and implement scalable operational systems, SOPs, and dashboards to streamline processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically with Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL
• Proven track record of managing fulfillment workflows and negotiating with overseas manufacturers
• Deep understanding of international suppliers, freight management, and inventory planning
• Demonstrated ability to build or improve operational systems that scale
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on cost control and efficiency
