Job Summary
A company is looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative / Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach a team of Customer Experience Agents managing customer interactions
- Oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders and coordinate with third-party sellers for fulfillment issues
- Maintain records of customer interactions and generate reports to identify trends and improve service delivery
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer support, order management, or operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and order management systems
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach
