Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to support and optimize digital shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, tag, and organize product listings using Shopify
Assist in preparing and updating weekly sales reports and conduct competitive research
Monitor inventory data and coordinate with vendors for shipping and delivery issues

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant in an e-commerce or retail setting is preferred
Proficiency in using spreadsheets and reporting tools
Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work independently
Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus
Experience working remotely with US-based clients is advantageous
