E-Commerce Operations Virtual Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Assistant - e-Commerce Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, tag, and organize product listings using Shopify
• Build bundles and maintain collections to optimize the online storefront
• Assist in preparing and updating weekly sales reports

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant in an e-commerce or retail setting is preferred
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and file organization
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Shopify and experience working remotely with US-based clients is a bonus
