E-Commerce Product Owner

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Martech Product Owner for E-Commerce will define and drive the vision for the eCommerce platform, delivering innovative online shopping experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform detailed requirements analysis and document existing processes to improve eCommerce solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build a roadmap and ensure successful user acceptance testing and change management
• Identify challenges and creatively solve problems to deliver quality features that enhance the customer journey from discovery to conversion

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in product management within an eCommerce environment
• Strong understanding of the customer journey and experience with MarTech and social media integrations
• Experience with Jira for authoring functional requirements and managing testing processes
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and manage stakeholders effectively
• Experience working in an Agile environment with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
