E-commerce Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for E-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the complete project lifecycle, from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization
• Identify and implement features to improve website functionality, focusing on conversion rate optimization and user journeys
• Analyze customer feedback and user behavior to refine the customer experience in collaboration with the UX Research team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital products
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms, web technologies, and e-commerce operations
• Proficiency in using data to justify project spend and measure ROI of new features
• Ability to identify risks and dependencies, and operate autonomously
