Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Business ECommerce Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and assist with troubleshooting and training on Electronic Commerce applications
• Collaborate with technical and business partners to develop training materials and improve user experience
• Identify business needs and work with development staff to enhance existing applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Two years of work experience in electronic commerce, training, project management, or related area
• Proven organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for performance and attitude on the job
• Experience in customer service and proven presentation skills
