E-Commerce Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting and scaling e-commerce initiatives, the full-time remote E-Commerce Specialist will manage operations for Designity.Art, optimize client e-commerce stores across various platforms, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams to enhance backend processes and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce operations for Designity.Art and optimize client stores on platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce
• Analyze store performance data to identify trends and recommend optimizations
• Collaborate with internal teams on e-commerce initiatives, improving order processing and fulfillment workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and optimizing e-commerce stores across platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce
• Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows and automations related to inventory and fulfillment
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop backend architecture and multi-channel inventory synchronization
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with marketing and creative teams on e-commerce campaigns
