E-Commerce Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting B2B e-commerce initiatives, the full-time remote E-Commerce Specialist II will monitor and optimize e-commerce platforms, develop strategies to drive online sales, and oversee the product onboarding process to ensure effective integration of new products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product onboarding process across e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate product launches
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements and maintain the product catalog, including pricing and merchandising attributes
• Monitor platform health and operational performance, troubleshooting issues and recommending improvements to enhance customer experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in eCommerce, specifically in a B2B environment
• Proven experience with eCommerce platforms such as Magento or Sitecore
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
