Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant, the full-time remote position will manage back-end functions for five global brands, ensuring data integrity across multiple marketplaces by maintaining product catalogs, storefronts, and pricing accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Execute setup and launch of new product listings across five platforms, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, and attributes
- Perform regular health checks on listings to address content issues, broken images, and categorization errors
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations and daily cross-checks of pricing across all platforms
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an E-commerce Virtual Assistant, preferably with Amazon, Walmart, and Target
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to follow complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
