E-Content Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Content Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with global providers to resolve data issues and obtain necessary metadata
• Analyze and ensure the quality and accuracy of publisher-supplied metadata, identifying and remediating gaps
• Create, load, and maintain collections in the Global Knowledge Base, managing associated metadata for accurate indexing

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with large datasets, metadata, or electronic resources
• 2+ years of experience coordinating with third-party vendors and managing high-volume communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and working with large datasets
• Experience with metadata standards such as KBART, MARC, Dublin Core, or ONIX
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote work setting
