Job Summary
Providing technical and legal eDiscovery support, the full-time remote E-Discovery Technical Support will assist the U.S. Department of Justice with litigation and non-litigation projects, including FOIA requests, while advising on eDiscovery processes and tools.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide combined technical and legal eDiscovery support to the JMD e-discovery program
- Support e-discovery business processes for litigation and non-litigation projects
- Advise legal and technical staff on eDiscovery processes, tools, and best practices
Required qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience providing eDiscovery technical and/or legal support on complex matters
- Thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Undergraduate degree required; law degree, paralegal training, or eDiscovery certifications preferred
