Job Summary
A company is looking for an E-Filing Specialist to electronically file documents in state and federal courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Electronically file documents in federal and state courts, ensuring compliance with applicable court rules
- Act as a liaison between courts and attorneys on procedural and technical matters
- Assist with special projects and provide backup for docketing requests as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a docket specialist, preferably in a law firm environment
- Proficiency with e-Filing documents in state and federal courts
- Ability to interpret and analyze information
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
