Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Filing Specialist to electronically file documents in state and federal courts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electronically file documents in federal and state courts, ensuring compliance with applicable court rules
  • Act as a liaison between courts and attorneys on procedural and technical matters
  • Assist with special projects and provide backup for docketing requests as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience as a docket specialist, preferably in a law firm environment
  • Proficiency with e-Filing documents in state and federal courts
  • Ability to interpret and analyze information
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
