E-Fulfillment Lead
Job Summary
Guiding a team of 10 to 20 E-Fulfillment Specialists, the remote E-Fulfillment Lead will manage daily operations, oversee employee performance evaluations, and ensure effective training and communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational oversight and resolve team issues while managing employee timecards and schedules
- Conduct performance evaluations, deliver feedback, and participate in the hiring process for team members
- Train new E-Fulfillment Specialists and perform quality control reviews of their work
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in a leadership role preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and intermediate proficiency with Excel
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet service of at least 100 Mbps
