E-Fulfillment Project Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance training and process consistency, the remote E-Fulfillment Project Specialist will manage onboarding, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives for the specialist team in a part-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and onboard new E-Fulfillment Specialists with leadership support
- Conduct quality control reviews and audits of specialist work
- Create, update, and maintain training materials and deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Metabase, Confluence, Skye navigation, PDF Exchange, Excel, and Word
- Self-directed with strong problem-solving instincts and ability to work independently
- Background in E-Fulfillment strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience with scheduling and calendaring tools
