E-Fulfillment Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Fulfillment Lead to manage and support a team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operational oversight and resolve day-to-day issues
• Communicate with Team Leads and Managers to address and resolve issues
• Train team members in new workflows and monitor team KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience required
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role preferred
• Experience working with spreadsheet software
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
