E-Fulfillment Team Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing E-Fulfillment team, the full-time E-Fulfillment Team Lead will manage daily operations, train team members, and assist with administrative tasks while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight, resolve day-to-day issues, and escalate as appropriate
• Collect and share new information with the team, actively training members in new workflows
• Track daily team metrics and assist E-Fulfillment managers with assigning work and setting daily goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role preferred
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
• Advanced knowledge of Skye, particularly related to E-Fulfillment
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
