Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Consultant/Sr Business SME2.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate content creation requests for priority, scope, and business need
• Build relationships with departments and agencies to enhance enrollment
• Identify and document learning needs for the enterprise learning management system

Required Qualifications

• Experience in e-Learning content development
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, preferably LUMEN
• Ability to manage administration tasks and generate reports within an LMS
• Experience in analyzing and delivering e-Learning modules
• Proven ability to act as a liaison between content teams and various departments
