E-Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Focusing on eLearning and curriculum design, the full-time E-Learning Consultant will consult, analyze, and deliver training assignments and projects remotely, ensuring organizational readiness through modern learning strategies and resource documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate training plans and programs to meet departmental objectives
• Create and enhance training materials, including computer-based learning modules and visual aids for both virtual and in-person sessions
• Analyze training metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to address training gaps and improve organizational performance

Required qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 3-5+ years of experience in training curriculum development and blended learning content creation using eLearning software
• Proficiency in eLearning software such as Articulate 360/RISE, Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, and Premier Pro
• Experience conducting training needs assessments and determining training requirements for new program development
• Knowledge of current and emerging trends in adult learning and their application in training solutions
