e-Learning Content Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the e-Learning Content Designer will create interactive courses, collaborate with teams to develop training materials, and ensure content is tailored for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create interactive e-learning courses in collaboration with various teams
• Modify existing courses for internal use and tailor content for specific customers
• Develop tutorials and training materials to enhance learning experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience with learning design content development tools, particularly Articulate 360
• Experience working with different learning management systems, with a preference for Absorb LMS
• Knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferred proficiency in Spanish or French
