E-learning Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the E-learning Designer will design, develop, and deploy innovative e-learning solutions using advanced technologies to enhance workforce training and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality e-learning modules and educational materials, utilizing cutting-edge technology and interactive media
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain e-learning solutions while collaborating with technical support to ensure functionality
• Manage projects related to e-learning program design and development, including needs assessments and evaluation of program effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or electronic media design
• Proficiency with eLearning application tools such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud, and HTML
• Knowledge of web development standards (SCORM/AICC) and compliance requirements
• Experience in video and audio editing is a plus
