A company is looking for an E-Learning Developer to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality eLearning courses using authoring tools, ensuring interactivity and adherence to design standards
• Incorporate experiential learning principles to create immersive training assets and enhance engagement
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to assess training needs and maintain project schedules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in courseware development projects
• Expert proficiency in authoring tools such as Lectora, Adobe Captivate, or Articulate Storyline
• Familiarity with experiential learning methodologies and 508 accessibility compliance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
