E-Learning Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Learning Developer I to create and support online courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to build and revise online learning materials
• Identify opportunities for improving instructional media with Subject Matter Experts
• Develop ADA compliant online learning materials and train internal staff on e-learning tools

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology, Interactive Media Design, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Beginner knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and online learning platforms
• Basic knowledge of ADA compliance standards and WCAG 2.0
• Previous experience in a support role is preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is advantageous
