E-Learning Developer

Job Summary

To enhance online learning experiences, the remote E-Learning Developer will design and develop engaging instructional content for legal and investigative training, collaborating with subject matter experts to create high-quality asynchronous learning modules.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop online learning modules and instructional frameworks aligned with adult learning principles
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create case-based scenarios, assessments, and multimedia learning resources
• Evaluate learner progress through formative and summative assessments, recommending improvements based on feedback and analytics

Required qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in instructional design, education, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing online learning programs or e-learning content
• Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in educational technology tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; knowledge of Ukrainian is an asset
