E-Learning Front-End Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled E-Learning Front-End Specialist, this full-time position will design, develop, and maintain standardized Adobe Captivate frameworks for interactive multimedia instruction in a remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent user experience across courseware products.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain Adobe Captivate courseware frameworks, templates, and reusable components for Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI)
- Develop custom functionality using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance courseware capabilities
- Collaborate with Instructional Systems Designers and subject matter experts to translate technical requirements into effective courseware solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Interactive Media, Instructional Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in developing interactive e-learning or multimedia applications
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with advanced Captivate functionality, including variables and conditional logic
- Understanding of accessibility principles and Section 508/WCAG compliance for interactive content
