Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create documentation and content for processes and procedures for the new enterprise learning management system, Lumen
• Evaluate content creation requests and collaborate with the Content Development Team to prioritize and address business needs
• Build relationships with various departments and agencies to enhance enrollment and identify learning needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in e-Learning content development
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, specifically LUMEN
• Ability to manage administration tasks and generate reports within an LMS
• Experience in evaluating and documenting learning needs
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and agencies
