Job Summary
A company is looking for an e-Learning and Digital Media Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build interactive learning products using eLearning development tools based on instructional design storyboards
- Develop animation, motion graphics, gamified content, and interactive video learning
- Support project managers in meeting deadlines and contribute to the development of multimedia graphics and innovations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of learning and development experience, specifically using Articulate Storyline
- Proficient understanding of graphic design principles and experience working with learning projects
- Ability to work on multiple related projects, assess appropriate development approaches, and use various tools such as Adobe Suite and Camtasia
- Instructional design experience and possession of a strong portfolio with samples of e-learning media development
- Experience with VILT deck creation, video and animation development, and PDF creation
